Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company, requested service, commercial planning preference, timeline, project message, consent time and basic technical data needed for security, such as a protected hash of the request IP address and browser user-agent.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess and respond to enquiries, maintain a record of business communication, protect the form from misuse and improve website reliability. We do not use the project enquiry form to subscribe you to promotional email.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored in the website database and may be delivered to the verified Hapmexo business email through the configured PHP and mail service. Hosting, email and technical providers may process information only as needed to operate these functions. Hapmexo does not sell enquiry data.

Website measurement and CRM status

The website records limited first-party conversion events, such as enquiry starts, successful submissions and contact-link clicks. These records may include the page, campaign parameters, referring page, a short-lived session identifier, a protected hash of the request IP address and browser user-agent. They are used to understand website reliability and enquiry journeys, not for advertising profiles. No GA4, Google Tag Manager or CRM identifier is enabled in the current repository. Optional third-party measurement or CRM transfer must remain disabled until verified configuration, appropriate consent handling and this notice are reviewed.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, a resulting business relationship, security, accounting or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be risk-free.

Browser storage

Essential session storage may remember interface state, the original landing and campaign information, an anonymous session identifier, and whether the project enquiry prompt was already shown. The protected administrator area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. See the cookie notice for details.
